Friendly staff, but Dr Cardon made me believe that his expertise in podiatry would take care of my life long hammer toe problems. That was a crock! After surgery & manually bending my toes, to help straighten them,like he told me to do, my toes are still crooked,& he told me the calluses on the bottom of my foot would disappear. They haven’t & are even more painful now. For $15k I would’ve thought I wouldn’t have the hammer toes any longer. Now I have to go thru the whole procedure again somewhere else.. Dr. Cardon was very informative, friendly, and provided not only relief for my constant heel pain but knowledge to help me actually understand what’s going on. Highly recommend!
They make you feel very comfortable. They explain what they are going to do and ask if you have any questions. They always tell you why you are there. I would recommend you to people
The providers are great, but the office really needs to get its act together. My son was 8 minutes late for his appointment and they canceled it. There was only one other person in the waiting room. I asked what happened to the 15 minute grace period and the assistant said, “As of right now, it’s only 5 minutes.”
