We ordered flowers and greenery for our wedding arrangements and arch to DIY ourselves. Cascade was helpful with answering questions and had a variety of flowers available. When we picked up our order the employee went through to make sure everything was there, but it would have been nice to walk me through it as well since we had a pretty large order, but I didn't think to ask at the time. I ordered silver dollar eucalyptus for my daughter's wedding. The bunches were way fuller than I thought and very fresh. No waste. The company was also responsive to web enquiries.
Ordering online was easy and delivery was right on time. And the recipients were delighted with the flowers.
Been trying to call for last two days and no one ever answers their phone or calls me back.
