john was great and he was the only one that would give me a second change due to hospitals of our son and barely bought a house thanks john
I loved having my loan through cascade. Honestly no one else would take me to finance my Buick due to a poor credit score from medical bills. They took a chance on me and helped me out. Did wonders for my credit score also. Thank you cascade!
While it was easy to get a loan, they never reported to any credit agencies despite my asking them to several times and them assuring me they would. Paid a high interest rate (understandable, it was my first loan) for 2 years and have nothing to show for it. If you care about your credit score at all don't bother using this company.
This place is a scam. Will give a loan to anyone and a vehicle in poor condition. In fact as a heads up do not trust John Session or this place

John is amazing but the secretary is not very professional. Tried calling back and she hung up on me and refused to let us speak to john not five min after my girlfriend paid my payment for me. I'm a truck driver so I can't always be there to make the payments so I have my girlfriend help me when out on the road and she refused to give her a recipt for the payment even though she has been there with me every time and it got to the point where john and to come out to tell her it was ok. John is the best part about this place.... read more
John is definitely someone who will go out of their way to help you out! Best customer service, from both john and rosa! They're always smiling, building rapport and making us feel very comfortable :) anybody who needs a loan should go through Cascade financials with John, you won't regret it! :)
