Came in with dental pain; the dentist and assistant were great at efficiently identifying and explaining the issue. They were even able to fix me up that same day! All in all a great experience, and the staff went above and beyond with giving me top-tier care!
I love this office so much! I was so nervous to go to the dentist after over a decade of neglecting to do so. The whole staff is very friendly, welcoming and easy going. They were very reassuring and informative of what I needed to do to get my tooth/gum health back on track. Dr. Getz is very transparent about what should be worked on right away versus things that should be watched but don't necessarily need to be taken care of urgently; never pushy! After going to multiple dentists over the years I am so happy I found Cascade Family. Dr. Getz is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I had a crown done that was causing me pain, I felt bad for having to contact him after hours, on a weekend. But he responded within 10 minutes and called in a prescription. The front desk ladies and hygientists are all great!
