Dr. Getz has seen me as a New Patient back in August and recently had done my fillings. My teeth felt so clean after the first visit, and we had great conversation about life and assortment of stuff at my procedure appointment. He really is great, and the receptionist Renae is also AWESOME! Just a great staff he has, you can try to convince me otherwise.
I’m new to the area and Cascade Smiles is only the second dentist office I’ve been to in the past 26 years. After my appointment, I actually sat in the car thinking, “Wow, I had fun at the dentist.” Kaylee, the dental hygienist, was so fun to be around and made the whole experience enjoyable. Came in with dental pain; the dentist and assistant were great at efficiently identifying and explaining the issue. They were even able to fix me up that same day! All in all a great experience, and the staff went above and beyond with giving me top-tier care!
I love this office so much! I was so nervous to go to the dentist after over a decade of neglecting to do so. The whole staff is very friendly, welcoming and easy going. They were very reassuring and informative of what I needed to do to get my tooth/gum health back on track. Dr. Getz is very transparent about what should be worked on right away versus things that should be watched but don't necessarily need to be taken care of urgently; never pushy!
