Absolutely adored the staff here. However, this office has incredibly poor planning. At the end of the year, knowing full well that there would be a rush of people trying to use their dental benefits before the end of the year, decided to book their entire schedule full of these patients who failed to plan through the rest of the year. Over charged me $250.00 on day of service. They bill you before your service. They decided to keep the money for my next service three months later. I told them that was unacceptable and unethical. They told me I would have to deal with "corporate" to get my money back. My appointment was in October 2024. It is now December 2024. I have called them a half dozen times. Our family has been with this office for over 50 years, but because of the new office staff with the new dentist and their questionable billing practices we have moved on after all these years to find a new dental practice that we can trust.

The two dentist I had were so nice about the amount of pressure they were using when getting my broken tooth fixed and also talked to me throughout the way so that I wasn’t shocked when pain did arrive. It was the lady all the way down the hall to the left and the doctor with her today. Thank yall so much.
