Whitney schedule’s you right away! calms me down and constantly checks in with me!! And Sammi makes you so comfortable with your apt’s. Stays in the room and pretty much holds my hand thru my apt’s! Absolute joke, we've had to provide insurance information 3 times already but they still cant get it right. They failed to provide follow up documentation when they did get the the insurance info right but for the 3rd time now we're going through them claiming we didn't have insurance at the time which is wrong we just switched providers with a carefully planned ZERO lapse in coverage period. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother is on a very slim, fixed income, and she does not have dental insurance. The dentist had insisted that she come in multiple times, encouraged dental xrays each time, even though she just had them done in their office, they attempted to book 2 separate dental cleanings 2 months apart, they have charged her over $4000 for shoddy work, depleting what little bit of savings she had. Hands down the best dental office I’ve been to! The techs are friendly and professional, the receptionist I’ve talked to is so sweet and helpful, and the dentist is amazing! They made me feel comfortable and cared for, and even though they aren’t in network for my insurance I will continue being a patient here ❤️

Absolutely adored the staff here. However, this office has incredibly poor planning. At the end of the year, knowing full well that there would be a rush of people trying to use their dental benefits before the end of the year, decided to book their entire schedule full of these patients who failed to plan through the rest of the year. As a consequence the office was not available to any other patients that may have a dental emergency sometime in the last two weeks of the year.
