Apartment was good. Management is a pain to work with! Never received my deposit back after moving out and giving 60 days notice...Be careful if moving in there!!!!. 🤬
Where I start… I lived here for 4 years. Apartment condition was okay but a little bit outdated. I would definitely change the color of the paint and use a washable paint where you can clean your walls. In terms of safety and neighbors I never had any issues. Hate the fact that dogs are not allowed (by new owners decision) but at least cats are allowed, they will charge you a fee per cat though MONTHLY and raise your rent by $100 per year. The apartment itself was ok, if you were one of the ones that were blessed with a garage (I wasn't) and I still had to pay the same amount as the people that had a garage.... Don't expect a assigned parking spot either (it's a free for all) and don't expect the superintendent to do anything about it...... And when it comes to getting your rent deposit back, good luck(they'll tell you that they'll send it to you and won't.... You'll get the "wait alittle longer"..... If your desperate, pay the high rent.... But if you can wai... read more

I have been trying to work with Renee (the property manager) for over two weeks now and it has been nothing but a nightmare. First off, she told us that we can’t apply until we’ve had a showing at the apartment so on Wednesday September 15th, we asked to have a showing for tomorrow, meaning the 16th. She said she could squeeze us in at 11am. We took off work, drove two hours each way, got there and she said she couldn’t help us because she had us on the schedule for the 23rd… I thought “tomorrow” was a pretty universal term ... read more
