I love my Dr. (Dalhauser) but the way you do your best to not speak to patients by phone is among the worst I have experienced by ANY business, including Xfinity and Verizon. Your recorded greeting ALWAYS states that you are experiencing a higher than normal call volume. Always. My question is when are your call volumes normal??? I'd like yo begin calling your office when they ARE normal. I am attempting to return a call to somebody in the surgegy unit to answer some questions. I am scheduled for cateract surgery soon. Christopher has been doing RF Micro Needling, Fraxel, Clear and Brilliant, Chemical Peels, and Pen Micro needling treatments for me for several years. His work is amazing. I get so many compliments.
