Each time I come to my appointment on time, the dont get me in for at least an hour! Kind of feels like my time isnt important to them. Very frustrating!
Parking available, elevator available, excellent customer service staff. Physicians specialist are well worth any wait.
they were great! within a week my husband had cancer on his eye & they had it taken care of right away. Dr Chang was plastic surgeon & she was awesome, the DR's & nursing staff was wonderful in Puy & Tacoma! reason I gave a 4 is because girl at Puy office was rude when we had 1 prob after his surgery but that was it.
