We took the time to get multiple quotes and Cascade not only came in several thousand less than the others, but the owner Bill was the only person to explain exactly how the system worked and even did a drawing on the spot. He also gave me a full breakdown of the costs which is more than I can say about some others. From beginning to end Cascade Energy gives the best customer service and quality work in the area. From what the workers say Bill, the owner, takes care of his employees as well. Anthony the technician arrived on time (early), assessed the job and got it done efficiently. He was very courteous. This company has customer service down pat!! I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the lady in the office(I'm old), but she was wonderful! I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
