Cascade energy came out to my home and left my laundry room, and new dryer in a state of unfinished mess. Instead of doing the job correctly, completely and well. They took short cuts and damaged my laundry room floor. They didn't even patch the old hole in the floor. Poor excuses, and lazy work is what me and my family got from Cascade energy. STAY AWAY!!!
Bill and his crew did an amazing job. They installed a mini-split one head unit in a detached mother in law house for me. From the first conversation with Bill that I had until they packed up after the job, it was seamless and professional. Bill was very honest and helpful in determining what would serve us best and creative in how best to install...minimizing the cost for me and making it look amazing!!! We had our 20+ year old furnace replaced by Cascade last year and Bill told us that if we ever had an issue in the future he would be just a phone call away. A year later, to the day, the control board in the new furnace went out (a total fluke. These boards almost always last the entire life of the furnace). On a Sunday, Bill showed up at my door 30 minutes after calling him to let him know about the issue. On top of that, Bill got in touch with his suppliers on a holiday (President's Day) to see if he could get a replaceme... read more
