After getting 4 bids for a new heat pump system, we decided upon Cascade. Bill's no nonsense, open-minded, and honest recommendations made us feel that we could trust him. We had three other 5-star rated HVAC companies give us expensive false assessments on our presumably failed furnace even though it turns out it was just fine (a long story!). We decided it was time to replace our 20yr old furnace and A/C with a Mitsubishi Hyperheat heat pump from Cascade. They did a phenomenal job and were able to avoid most drywall incurs... read more

I've always been hesitant to contact any HVAC company in fear of the astronomical quote/repair we'd be given. We upgraded our furnace and was given a very reasonable quote from Bill and within a week the work/replacement was completed. We did run into some trouble a few months after installation and called Cascade for repair. Office gall answered quickly and professionally and was able to get Anthony out within 24hrs to diagnose and fix our problem quickly and painlessly. We appreciate Bill and his Cascade Energy team!
