Professional and courteous. Very patient focused.
The staff were very professional and welcoming. Dr Bitner was great who would ever think a root canal was a good experience. I highly recommend their services. They did a follow up check the next day to see how I was doing providing that extra touch.
I was in Bend Oregon on business and needed an emergency root canal. I have never had one and I have a severe fear of dental procedures. Not only did they get me in immediately, they were so compassionate an accommodating to my anxieties. I am a person that needs information to feel comfortable. Cascade Endodontic got me in for a root canal extremely quickly. I was pregnant and a week past my due date, so time was of the essence. It happened to be the snowiest day of the year, but they were fully operational and ready to help. The doctor and staff were all very professional and kind despite my anxiety. The procedure itself was equivalent to a standard filling.
