I'd give 10 stars if I could! I could not have had a better experience (I went to the Redmond location). The staff were incredibly helpful, pro-active, and communicative. I live with an immune compromised person and asked if the doctors and assistants could be masked during my appointment. Everyone was on board, no questions asked. They made sure to put me in a room with a single door that closed and were happy to have me use my portable air purifier. Great job and state of art trch
Saw them for some discomfort. After a thorough exam, they opted to "watch and see" which I really appreciate! It was great to not go through treatment when it wasn't diagnostically essential. They gave me a clear follow-up plan. Thank you for not rushing me into an unnecessary service.
