I worked with Nick at Cascade Door and Millwork in Salem, Oregon in order to get replacement hardware for my entry door. Kwikset guaranteed lifetime replacement and I was able to go through this business in Salem to get the new parts. When small inner parts were not found to be he problem with my old hardware, a completely new Kwikset hardware set was given to me. Great customer service, taking care of me well even though I bought the door hardware from them 14 years ago. Bev Ward
This company is unreliable and unprofessional. When my husband and I scheduled an appointment to have our doors measured the representative (Jay Boyington) not only did not show up but failed to call us to let us know. After an hour past our appt time, I called the company but no one knew where he was or how to get a hold of him.
