Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met. The office building was very easy to locate but the office was a bit confusing to find getting in. I'll will be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
Trying to schedule a cleaning here is like pulling teeth. I called to schedule a new pt exam and cleaning and told them I haven't been to the dentist in three years. I was told that they scheduled me for a new pt exam in 5 weeks but that time might not allow for a cleaning and I probably wouldn't need one "because you're young" (I'm 28). I pressed the issue and said I wanted one and was told several times that I should not need a cleaning because I am young and that they might do one depending "on the numbers" and when asked... read more
