My appointment was a wonderful experience from start to finish. There was a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. I'm a new patient but felt as if I'd been coming for years. Grace was awesome. I had an early appointment and it was a very peaceful way to start my day. Highly recommended!
Office did not call me when my "old" dental insurance company did not pay a bill to get the "new" insurance company name. Instead they waited until my next appointment to say "by the way, your last billing was denied by insurance"...I gave them the new insurance and moved along with my day. Apparently, they did not submit the claim to the company in time for payment...and didn't bother to call me at that time either.
