From the minute I walked in the door, I was impressed with how clean the office is. I appreciated the amazing drink selection offered in the lobby. The staff is unbelievably sweet, helpful & personal. The care and concern shown by the dentist was above expectations. Just an amazing experience. So thankful for an enjoyable place to have dental work done!
I’ve been a patient at oakmont for years. I always leave their office happy. I’ve seen all the doctors and they are all very gentle and caring. I’ve never had a bad experience. Oakmont family Dental is always the first out of my mouth when a patients parent asks for a recommendation for a general dentist, as I work in a pediatric dental office. I had a temporary bridge put on and one hour later It pulled off while I was eating. Since I live out of town I could not return to have it re cemented, save that day. I called frantically only to find out the doctor was out for the day and no other doctor could see me. The Staff had me come in anyway I got taken care of. I thought that pretty exceptional service in light of their workload that day.
I am delighted with the repairs I had done on two chipped teeth. You would never even know I had any work done. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Dr. Hardy and his assistant were both very friendly and informative. I am glad I made the switch to this office!
Every one was more than happy to help me, Olivia was so great in preparation. Matt is so good and a real professional on working on his patients. Tells what is going to happen before he does work. He is the best. Front office is also awesome.
it had been at least 13 years since my last visit to the dentist and I was overdue to say the least. You guys did a great job, my teeth feel fantastic, my gums are on the mend and I will now be seeing you guys at least 3 times a year. Thanks for making me feel relaxed, not judged and showing me what was hidden in the deep, dark crevasses on my own mouth.
Always incredibly professional, friendly and prompt. All the dentists and dental hygienists are top notch. Honestly, I have always HATED going to the dentist and these folks have completely changed my attitude. I know this sounds silly but I truly enjoy going now. Swear.
