CCM recently acquired the mobile home park my mother has resided in for almost 20 years. So far it seems as if other reviewers are correct. They do not respond to phone calls, voicemails, e-mails and messages sent via the Contact Us section on their website. They have continued using the same incompetent "manager" as their repairman even though it's very clear this person is not capable of doing the majority of this work. Rodeo Mobile Home and RV park is a good place to stay. Most of the tenants are also great and monitor their own space respectively. The onsite property manager however needs a lot of training and guidance. She prides herself on having been there over 15 years. As if that is suppose to make her good at managing the property. I made the mistake of challenging her inability to properly bill us on the monthly rent and associated charges.
