Trying to charge for stuff they dont do and lying about what's wrong with a/c
I've used this company I think 4 times now and they're great. Very accommodating and I appreciate so much that they're willing to give me a heads up when they're on their way so I can get my very stubborn dog into a bedroom so the tech can come inside. Some companies don't do that and it's so important for me to be able to get servicing in the house that I need and get my dog contained before they come.
