Hands down the best company out there for this type of work. Great customer service from the time of placing the call and scheduling the appointment, to the technician arriving and performing the work. Highly recommend to anyone out there!
On time and completed the maintenance and changed put filters. The maintenance was very thorough and the service tech was very nice. I highly recommend this company.
Quick efficient service. Trouble shooting was quick.
I called for 2 reasons. 1. My controller stopped working. 2. An advertised maintenance for $89.00. They scheduled my appointment for the controller. But refused to honor their online website offer still posted on their website with NO Expiration date listed in it. Not good customer service in this matter. If it's still posted, it should be honored, no matter what their excuse is. The guy showed up on time, was very friendly and did his job and replaced my controller.. Have been using Cascade Comfort for years, and they go above & beyond whenever we've had any issues with our air conditioning unit in the past. Great customer service when dealing with them.
