They aren't joking Cascade isn't joking about having great customer service. I used to work in the rental car business and became familiar with various shops in the valley. Cascade consistently stood out to me so I choose to take my car there. From walking in the door to picking up my car I felt like I was important to them. They explained the whole process for me so there were no surprises and everything was exactly as they said it would be. I give them five stars and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
