This is the 4th or 5th time using this service. We keep coming back because they do great work, stand behind their services. Prices are in my opinion, fair and reasonable. I think another measure of how well something is working, is to see the same people showing up, not a new crew each time, to take care of your home. I think as customers or long time clients, we overlook that, but it speaks volumes as to the contractor, the process, and the product received. We were tired of our place smelling strange from the previous owners even though it was stated that the carpet had already been "professionally cleaned". Cascade Cleaning Services were very professional and quick while still making sure that they went over every surface carefully. So exited to have a fresh smelling house finally. Scheduling was very easy, and they were able to get us in the following week.
