Scheduling was a little convoluted but it's been several years since using Cascade Centers through my EAP from work and my wife and I are still reaping the benefits of their help. I even just recommended them to someone else in need. Maybe the scheduling is better now however, even if it's not, go for the counselors, they were great. The front office stuff will always work out in the end.
Front office staff can't set appointments, and have limited knowledge of their jobs. Providers can't tell you costs of treatment without looking up your insurance and that takes hours.
