I hired Cascade Built to design and install an HRV system, venting and HVAC on a new hosue. They designed a venting system that didn't even meet code requirements for ventilation CFM. When I told them my bathrooms needed fans to supplement the HRV system they told me they didn't design the venting and were not responsible. They installed a ducted mini split that centered over an interior wall making future access to the maintenance hatch impossible. They also miscalculated the heating/cooling load of the top floor.
