Unfortunately I trusted them and paid in full as they requested before any services were rendered. After two months, they still hadn't started on the work nor would they return any phone calls. I demanded a refund via email and 2 voicemails. It's now been another month and still no response. They don't return phone calls or emails. I should have checked out their CCB license - #161937. So many complaints over the years!
Cascade Building Concepts built my pole barn in April 2005. The crew was efficient, cleaned up up their work area each day before leaving the jobsite, and always paid attention to the surroundings. Just recently I needed to change the "permitted use" of the building and needed some additional information about the trusses so I contacted Gabe, left him a voice msg.
