Bought a Stumpjumper EVO last fall from Cascade. I ride pretty hard and had been getting a mysterious creak for a couple of weeks so I took it in. It was not obvious to locate the problem. But the staff at Cascade was fantastic. They dug in and tackled the problem with patience and persistence. My bike is riding better than it did out of the box. These guys are great.
After 21 years my Raleigh Bike was due for a remake. Julian layed out my options and I selected several upgrades. I just got 'Old Red' back and wow, he's got new life. Extremely pleased with the timely professional service.
Fantastic shop and staff - 10/10 customer service experience! I stopped in today to have my jogging stroller tires looked at as I'd run into an issue with the valve stems. They fixed it on the spot super quick for a reasonable price, got all the tires filled properly, and helped me learn how to prevent the issue in the future. So impressed and so happy I checked them out!
Well-stocked shop and very helpful staff. I brought in my road bike and they were still able to help me despite being a mountain bike-focused establishment.
Very limited supply for children’s bikes - would only recommend for adults
