I had a problem with the power cutting out on my 7 year old e-bike. I took it to Cascade Bikes. They talked it over with me, clearly explaining all the different things it could be in a very understandable way. They put it on a repair stand and showed me how they were diagnosing the issue. Since it did not appear to be catastrophic, they gave me a good price for labor and some small parts they had on hand (yay!) and made the repair in 30 minutes (yay!). Working with Steve and Kevin has been awesome. Very helpful in explaining what needed to be done on my bike. Well explained options on what needs to be accomplished. Best part they were able to make the minor adjustments the same day.
I am new to biking, which is a bit intimidating at first. I was kindly welcomed with a comfortable safe atmosphere and kind employees that answered all of my questions. I was so nervous, and was put at ease very quickly in. I will be sure to make this my bike home if I ever need anything. Thank you so much!!
Both the sales and service departments are excellent. We purchased a bike over a year ago. Since then we've brought it in for service and an adjustment due to a fall. No complaints!!! Excellent and friendly service!!!
