Just picked up my bikes after 3 days. They gave me a $300 estimate and said they were 30 days out. Not even a tube replacement. Definitely better shops out there that care about their customers.
I had a fantastic and speedy experience with their service department.
The reason I gave this a 1 star is because they didn’t do anything on the breaks I wish I could get a refund cascade bikes if you see this please give me a refund I payed 60 bucks the breaks don’t even work that we’ll will not recommend if your coming to fix your breaks for your bike
What an amazing bike store. Super friendly and helpful. They gave me a ton of advice when I was looking my first road bike. Ended up buying a second hand bike from a private seller and Bill did an assessment the next day. Transparent and honest. He installed the tubeless tires the same day. We already bought our shoes, pedals, biking gear, etc. and we can highly recommend Cascade Bikes.
