Went there to get new tubes for my bike, staff was friendly enough i guess but both tubes blew out almost immediately which just raises the question of product quality
Team was amazing with a sudden need for tire repair on my son's standard bicycle. They got it done same day as well as an added break care and change. Much thanks to the guys.
I have been renovating an older bike, to learn more about how bikes actually work, and over the course of a month or so I went in to the shop several times with noob questions. All the guys I spoke to were super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.
Went in for a broken spoke to check repair costs. First number they gave seemed reasonable and was labeled as spoke replacement. Then a coworker walked up and whispered to add something. it just kept going up adding fees for every part they’d touch. I was given 3 prices before they could figure the total. Felt like getting a car repaired and having the shop add misc charges to keep the rent paid. Over $50 cheaper down the street at Trek, no nonsense pricing either just straight answer.
