The routine maintenance was easy to schedule. They serviced my vehicle at my scheduled time. They had me on my way in a very reasonable and expected time. The staff was very friendly and personable.

Updated review 3/14. Dropped off my BMW Z4 on Sunday 3/9 with note, including address and phone number, and explained a mouse nest is somewhere in car. Called at 3pm Friday since I hadn’t heard back. Was stunned to hear I should have been called Monday, they don’t take the dash off of BMW’s. “Crystal was supposed to call you.” She never did. Not going back.
I called and spoke with Adam. He was pretty rude I just called to ask about an Alignment. They don’t even offer warranties on alignments.
I wen to Cascade Automotive for a "check engine" light situation after the dealer gave me an appointment option that was 5 weeks out while also telling me I shouldn't be driving the car. They were transparent through the entire process and at no point did I feel they ever took advantage or tried to exploit my situation. They were also very patient when explaining the issues/options and possible next steps. Would highly recommend them.
