Whenever we have a car issue, we go to Cascade Auto. Over the years they’ve helped us with a number of different repairs and services. The staff is friendly, the pricing is fair, and the work is solid. I’ve never felt pressured or talked down to. They take the time to explain what’s going on and get it done right. Highly recommend.

I felt like a valued customer with how quickly they tried to see our car to help with our circumstances. The staff I interacted with at the counter during pick up was polite and nice to speak with.
