Trent and Robin are AMAZING. Had an issue with my Tahoe. Called this morning they were able to get my vehicle straight and diagnose the issue and repair it immediately I was in and out of there within the hour. The old management crew that used to be there we always had issues with them and their dishonesty. Have had repairs done over years. Always willing to go second mile to make your service good. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. If I had to be towed it would be there and if had to wait, no problem as they keep you up to date. Find their pricing good.

Purchased a newer eco diesel and within the first day check engine light came on, these guys worked with me to get it fixed and fast. Complete DPF filter system replaced and worked with the dealership to make it right. Simple old school mechanic shop, will be using them for any warranty work moving forward.

Liars. Multiple times, these guys insisted my sister’s warranty didn’t cover any repair costs. When she took it upon herself to call the warranty company to ask, they said they hadn’t received ANY communication from these guys whatsoever. She even had them on speaker and these guys still tried lying about it and only offered to refund $50 out of over $600 that had been paid out of pocket. Be careful taking your vehicle here. I bought a truck with an engine replaced by them. I had nothing but problems and borderline dishonesty from Gordon. They use the cheapest parts possible and they try to deny responsibility as much as possible. Apparently the dipstick coming out and puking oil out of the oil pan isn’t their fault because: “we only replaced the block”.
