they never want to help you look up and buy a part, I’ve had numerous terrible experiences with parts here, Cascade overall seems like a sketchy business knowing what pat’s like from inside worker knowledge
Have had issues here before but figured all I needed was an alignment so why not give them a call. Was quoted 599 and 4 hours because I have adaptive cruise control. Guess this place truly is nothing but crooks committing highway robbery. Go literally anywhere else. Both sales and service here are absolutely awful, amazed it stays in business since it hasn’t changed in over a decade. If you’re still around I’ll try calling next decade and hopefully things change.

extremely lazy parts workers do anything to avoid looking up a part to make a sale. then when you find out the part number yourself they say they don’t have it in stock too lazy to even go check when other dealers say that it’s available in cascades inventory online
The service department was very knowledgeable and super friendly!!
