They had the “one time use” bolts i needed to replace for a fair price ready the same day. They also have a large stock of oem parts, By far the most equipped dealer in ohio. Friendly & Fast service highly recommend

they never want to help you look up and buy a part, I’ve had numerous terrible experiences with parts here, Cascade overall seems like a sketchy business knowing what pat’s like from inside worker knowledge
Have had issues here before but figured all I needed was an alignment so why not give them a call. Was quoted 599 and 4 hours because I have adaptive cruise control. Guess this place truly is nothing but crooks committing highway robbery. Go literally anywhere else. Both sales and service here are absolutely awful, amazed it stays in business since it hasn’t changed in over a decade. If you’re still around I’ll try calling next decade and hopefully things change.
