What I love about my home is the high ceilings and spacious walk in closets. There are w/d in every unit and everything is sound proof. The leasing office actually answers the phone and are very respectful and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and we are literally a walk away from the cinema or the shopping centers and favorite food spots. Everything is in walking distance.
I have enjoyed my stay here. So far it is quiet. The maintenance workers are so awesome and work fast. I can appreciate this bc I have small children. I absolutely adore Ms. Rita in the office, she was a big help to me. We enjoy the amenities every chance we get, especially the pool. We practically live at the pool lol
NOT SAFE. Me, my husband and my cat have been harassed repeatedly. Mocked, teased, verbally abused, catcalled by the residents who seemingly work for the ones who would monetarily benefit from getting us evicted. I know who. Btw, you should try the machine coffee at the apartment Office. I have been followed too. My neighbor intentionally hit my cat once when my cat was playing outside. There’s a serious issue with the lighting at this apartment 4 and 5 complex. There are no lights on the parking side or the front side, and it’s extremely dark at night. It’s not only inconvenient but also feels unsafe. It’s very hard to see anything clearly after sunset, whether you’re parking your car or just walking to your unit. Management really needs to fix this issue as soon as possible.
these apartments really stands out while searching for a new place to live. The community looks clean and well-kept. The floor plans appear spacious with good natural lighting, and the amenities seem thoughtfully designed for convenience. I also appreciate how responsive and friendly the leasing team has been so far, they’ve made the whole process feel easy and professional. So far, Cascade has left a great impression, and it’s definitely at the top of my list.
