Really good location. Properly maintained property. Rita is really good to work with.
The place is nice but the management sucks Selective hearing and Selective responses are their common practices.
I looked at around 20 apartments in the Houston and Sugar Land area before choosing this one. I chose this one over all of them for several reasons: 1. The office staff were warm and friendly from the minute I walked in. Marivel was so genuine and helpful and I knew that if I moved in here, she would take care of me. I feel that office staff are one of the main factors on whether or not your time somewhere would go well and I did not meet anyone I trusted as much as Marivel. 2. Marivel was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was extremely helpful, professional, and kind from start to finish. What I truly appreciated the most is that she was very patient and supportive, especially with language differences.
