As a mortgage banker it's important to have an experienced and competent appraiser. Brad Hill and Jeff Miller have been assigned client appraisals over the years. Although we can no longer specially choose an appraiser due to regulation. I am always pleased when they receive the assignment. I am assured that when they are on the job the homes value will be represented as accurately as possible.
Brad Hill was very professional during the appraisal of our home, but also just an easy guy to talk to. He made sure to have all the correct information, which we appreciated greatly, and then went through the home quickly, yet carefully. We will use him again if the need arises.
