My girlfriend and I lived here for a year in a 2 bedroom apartment. While there were many minor issues that I could overlook overall (cockroaches, ants, water not staying hot, washers/dryers often out of service) I cannot overlook our move out situation. we were incentivized to leave a good review by the property manager because she gets a bonus if the reviews are good, so take all the good reviews with a grain of salt. we had roaches and ants while we lived here, which the property manager tom was semi-responsive but mostly unbothered about. despite hiring cleaners, we did not get our full deposit back for extremely minute cleaning details (no damage) like hard water residue on the tub, which seems to be everyone's experience here. we also once had our unit entered without ... read more
Thanks to Daisy, the property manager, my living experience here is beautiful in Davis California. Great city and location. Easy access to a grocery store, gas station, convenience store, and more which is definitely a plus
