Living here the past 3 years was a great experience, all of our neighbors were friendly, units were spacious, pet friendly which was a plus. We rarely had issues when we did, we would reach out to Daisy the property manager and she would promptly attend to us and fix our issues, she would occasionally surprise us with little goodies which was do sweet and nice of her, she went above and beyond for us during our time there.
I really enjoyed living here! The onsite manager Daisy was always available, friendly, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything! She went above and beyond to make the community feel welcoming and even surprised us with yummy treats from time to time! One of my favorite things about the apartment was how pet-friendly it was. This place has 2 washers and 2 dryers for all 20ish units. One of the dryers has been broken for a week+ and they've just now slapped a sign on it. Who knows how long it will sit broken. For what you can pay to live here, you could find a place with a pool and a bigger laundry room.
My girlfriend and I lived here for a year in a 2 bedroom apartment. While there were many minor issues that I could overlook overall (cockroaches, ants, water not staying hot, washers/dryers often out of service) I cannot overlook our move out situation. We spent very long on cleaning our apartment and even hired cleaners because of the very strict move out instructions.
