This visit customer service was better. Only thing is someone picked up our towels when we were in the pool so we had to search for new ones and it was a bit cold.
Hotel and Spa lived up to high expectations. The rooms were modern, clean and amazing. Did not expect full kitchen in the suite but there it was:) Could comfortably stay here for long stretches if wanted. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The thermal pools were very nice and relaxing. They limit the numbers in the spa area to prevent overcrowding. Alberta St. Coffee shop in the lobby had excellent coffee and food/snacks. Gem of a place.
We had a relaxing night in the Sanctuary, the dark soothing ambience and healing waters was a perfect way to end a busy week. I will be back!
