Very disappointing, but staff did their best to make it better. It was our 35th wedding anniversary and we wanted to do something special. The rooms were actually fantastic, state-of-the-art in design an amenities, as is someone was trying to make it a luxury experience. But physical design of the room was overcome by the total lack of help from staff. Parking is HORRIBLE. When we arrived, there was no place to park. There was no place to unload our luggage. Very soothing and relaxing. Only got the 3 hour day pass. Will go back for a massage or other services later.
Best level of relaxation I have experienced in a very long time.
if you are ever visiting or living in portland this is THE BEST spa experience!! you can tell this space has put a lot of thought and effort into making you feel at ease and relaxed. clean, beautiful and staff is amazing! this will definitely be my new spot to unwind come the winter
