The sanctuary and conservatory are amazing, restful places. I can't wait to go back.
That was the most relaxing day of my life in this place. The atmosphere was great, it was a beautiful and luxury. Was the best choice for our anniversary. Highly recommend.
I took a friend here as a gift as we both love thermal springs and wanted to relax. I work in the industry and I know that steam rooms are finicky creatures and require a ton of maintenance. It was also one of the main reasons I wanted to try Cascada. When we checked in we were informed that the steam room was down for repairs, which I understand is out of their control, but what is in their control is customer service. Outstanding
The rooms have everything you need and well designed. Washer/dryer/dishwasher/snacks/paper towels, etc. The staff is super duper friendly and know the hotel and spa facilities well. The spa is fabulous, wow. You must try. The gym is spotless. Highly recommend.
