The service from all the spa attendants was above and beyond! So many options for soaking pools / saunas / cold plunges and a great price for a whole three hours. Will definitely be returning.
I went with my sister for the three hour day pass. As a four month postpartum mom, this was everything I knew I needed and deserved. Treat yourselves, mamas! It was such a relaxing day, the complimentary tea was delicious and the vibe felt so intentional. Zero complaints!
The thermal spa is fantastic and so relaxing. I highly recommend it for a few hours of relaxation.
For almost $400 per night for the hotel alone, I can confidently say it wasn't worth the price. If you want to use the spa during your stay, there are two options (both include unlimited fitness access): pay $50 per person for a 3-hour pass (50% off the regular price) or $75 per person for unlimited access. Since there were two of us, we chose the unlimited option for only $50 more. CASCADA is hands down one of the most impressive hotel experiences I've had in years.Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, and from the moment I walked through the doors, I felt like I had escaped the outside world.
