I visited the thermal springs. The photos on the website don't do it justice. The outdoor garden space includes an additional hot tub, sauna and a rain shower feature. It felt like an extra surprise on top of the pool/lounge area and the downstairs area with sauna and steam room, 3 pools and cold plunge + ice fountain. There are a lot of stairs so it might be challenging for the differently abled, but there is also an elevator. If you can handle stairs in and out of tubs it is do-able. Cascada was truly a transformative experience. I can’t believe a gem like this exist in Portland and thankful for it. If you wanted to elevate your rest and relaxation to another level I would highly recommend going to check out the thermal pools and booking a facial. I never did a facial before but Jen was absolutely amazing. I left feeling more patient, relaxed, and zen. Do yourself a favor and lock your phone up too. You’ll thank yourself for it.

Truly, a rejuvenating escape in the middle of Alberta Arts District. Tranquility embodied in every single detail. Cannot wait to get back. Also, grab dinner at Terra Mae after a spa day for the never ending icing on the cake of a self-care journey!

Perhaps a better analogy is it feels like the new kid on the block who is still figuring out who they are. A local recently told me they refer ... read more

The most relaxing time! Everything was very clean, organized, and well taken care of. Loved the Sanctuary and how peaceful it was and the main pool area had lots of places to sit and relax, including a while outdoor area that had a fire pit, another sauna, and a hot tub. We can’t wait to come back!
