In May 2024 my family and I found ourselves scrambling for a new home to rent. We did not realize that today's market is quite different than it was even just two years ago. It's crazy out there! After booking and viewing a property at the edge of SW Edmonton through Casawise we decided to keep looking. Unprofessional, unresponsive and mostly unimpressed. Casawise was unable to link an A+ tenant to an owner leaving over $10,000 on the table. Space is still not leased. Owners should ask Casawise for references from satisfied tenants and owners. I hope I can help someone avoid the amount of time lost in a recent attempt to pay close to $3000/month for a condo that still sits vacant. If you approved someone finish the deal. If you say you will call back, do so. Completely lacking in business skills.
