My wife and I visited the Casavante in Lakeline Mall on a whim. After a short conversation with some of the friendliest staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in any customer service industry, we left my wife’s rings to be resized. She was nervous. She’s worn these rings for twenty years. Of course the thoughts of “how is this going to turn out,” and “I hope they don’t get lost” were there. I am traveling for work and stopped by this beautiful store to see my ring size. Josue immediately helped me and gave me awesome advice. He didn't push me to buy anything whatsoever and educated me on different jewels, settings and pretty much anything I needed to know. I didn't buy anything as I just needed my size but I will absolutely be ordering from here in the future. Thank you Josue for your knowledge and being so kind!
