Mary Lou and her team were amazing from start to finish. Helped us through the selection process for the stone for our kitchen and patiently helped identify alternative stone options when the cabinet person made the island 1” too long. The end product is beautiful - the veining on the countertop lines up perfectly with the veining on the waterfall edge - and the joints are flawless.
Disappointing experience. We arrived prepared with detailed drawings, but the sales associate seemed annoyed to take us outside on a chilly day to see samples. After a brief visit, we left with a quote and stone options. When we called to confirm, the price had unjustifiably increased—higher than two competitors—due to a sudden claim about the stone’s difficulty. Why wasn’t this factored in initially?
