Alfredo is an excellent and genuinely kind salesman. He went above and beyond to walk me through every option before I chose the most cost-conscious repair for a scratch along the side of my car. His team was professional and polite; exactly the kind of people you feel comfortable leaving your keys with. Out of all the auto shops along Route 66, I’m glad I went with his. Highly recommend.
The boss is a very nice old guy, willing to help with customers' needs. Unlike other larger body shops that only do 'perfect jobs' and charge a lot of money. They are willing to do partial work according to the customer's budget. If someone has an older car damaged and just wants minimum repair so he/she can go back to living the life, this is the shop to go. Like the other review mentioned, the boss did some extra work for me without extra charge. Very hard to see this type of warm people nowadays.
