Dr. Luis Casanova is always kind and attentive, always professional and will make sure every question you ask, gets answered. He is the best. As long as he is in practice, I will go to him.
I’m not sure if this is the right place to leave feedback like this but I’m not a very confrontational person and kept second guessing leaving a note when I got the texts asking for feedback and now it’s too late to put it there. I got a call this past week from elite DNA to schedule my appointment and this has been weighing on me a bit. After my recent visit with nurse Cabrol, I left feeling very alienated. Dr Luis Casanova is by far the best dr I’ve ever had. He is very thorough and will treat you with respect and wants to get to the bottom of what’s going on. The staff is pretty AWSOME and the office is very clean.
