She told my mother since she hasn’t seen her in two years she doesn’t want to see her. Then a year later my mother got a new job, had no insurance, she had got really sick, went to a emergency clinic they told her she had bronchitis. I have used Dr Casanova for years and she has done an outstanding job of caring for my family. Her staff works hard to get us in to see her for situations that can’t wait and I have confidence in her diagnoses.

Does not like you asking questions m. Bad bedside manner. Does not like to provide scripts for your illness. Cares more about getting paid tan your medical issues.

Called during lunch break. apparently the office is closed during lunch. The answering service was not able to make appointments and told us to call back at 1:30. At 1:33, they said no, the office reopens at 2pm, call back then...

Dr. Casanova is very personable and informative. I feel at ease with discussing my medical problems with her. The staff is always nice and there's not a long wait time.
