RecommendedI cannot recommend Casano Law Firm highly enough. I am a mortgage lender, and this firm handled my buyer's recent closing. During the course of processing the file, it was determined that the (completely inept) attorney who handled the SELLER'S purchase of the subject property years prior had done a shoddy job resulting in our seller not having ownership of one of the three lots that comprised our subject property. Awesome group to work with for all closings
We were stuck with a property a few years ago and never told about covenants that existed and restricts my business. There are no dues, no HOA, no fees etc so had no idea. The realtor lied to us and then says none of them knew about the covenants [her, Casano, or the properties listing agent (it was a bank owned repo)]. Apparently they just did it again to someone else and since Lindsey Lind Richards page doesn't allow reviews I'll leave it here.
I did not have a positive experience with this firm. They represented a buyer on the Coast who purchased my property in Jackson. They chose not to attend the closing in Jackson on the scheduled day and time. Instead, they said they would “overnight” my night by FedEx. Their envelope did not arrive until three days later and was also incorrectly addressed to the wrong person.
