We just moved into the apartment in Casaloma Creek in March of this year and we love living here!! The apartment is so clean , bright, and spacious. We love the split bedroom layout and the nice big kitchen. The location is perfect, quiet, and close to Costco and stores down town Appleton. We feel very safe and our neighbors are nice and quiet. I cannot say enough good things about it here! The apartments are very spacious and clean and the manager is incredible to work with! Very helpful and always willing to answer any of my questions! Highly recommend it here!

I lived at the Casaloma Creek Apartments for a year and in my opinion people looking for an overpriced horribly constructed and maintained non luxury apartment look no further. Luckily I only had a 1 year lease and was able to get out, although they withheld my security deposit for normal wear and tear. You have been warned, also look up “Lexington Management” and read the reviews about the company that owns this place. You have been warned, I wish I would have done a little research.
