Be Warned. We engaged with this builder to build our first forever home. This Builder took our $70'000 deposit and has continuously delayed our build and refused to pay our deposit back. It has been 3 years and we have not even seen concrete poured yet. When we ask why and for our deposit back we get snarky remarks and ignorance from the entire team. We chose to build with Casalina Homes because we got to deal directly with the builder “Charlie”. Straight away we could see how honest, helpful and truthful Charlie was and made our to decision to build with them so easy. Charlie was so flexible with the build as we had made so many changes throughout the whole process and he was even able to suggest and organise trades to complete some other projects we did around the house without charge.
