Always friendly, helpful, courteous.
Casale is the BEST!! Everything they have is amazing, if there is something you are looking for they will make it for you. The service is TOPNOTCH. Highly recommend to all.
They took their time to help educate and satisfy 😌 my fiance until she realized what she actually wanted and really loved. It took a minute but once it clicked she was all smiles. Ty for your patience 🙏 I know she's not only happy but realizes she's going to be taken care of and that's priceless to me.
What a great store and Staff. Quality merchandise and one on one service. I only use Casale Jewelers and I live in North Carolina and travel for all my Jewelery needs.
Beautiful jewelry- friendly knowledgeable staff- excellent repairs - recently repaired our sentimental wall clock - highly recommend Casale Jewelers on Richmond Rd in Staten Island .
