Recently had our car repaired through insurance at LoBalbo. Everything from first phone call to the return of repaired car was spot on. Friendly communication kept the whole process going. Very happy with quality of the repairs and high customer service. Never really want to go the autobody shop but LoBalbo makes it’s a positive experience
I’ve been working with these guys especially Asrael for a long time, and I can’t believe I’m only just leaving a review now. They truly deserve it. The customer service is excellent, they’re incredibly easy to deal with, and the quality of their work is absolutely top-notch. I’ve been to other body shops before, and trust me, these guys are on a whole different level.
