I don't think I'm allowed enough characters to say all of the good things I would like to about Dr. Casal! He listens, he remembers, and he CARES! I came to him after we had been struggling with infertility and he immediately listened and came up with a game plan. Less than a year after choosing him as my dr. I have been seeing Dr Casal for approximately 15 years , He is the most considerate and caring doctor not to mention he has a great bedside manner’s . If I have a question he has always taking the time to sit and listen and answer my questions. I have recommended family and friends to Dr Casal. Thank you Dr Casal and staff !
I have had a great experience with Dr.Casal, Joyce Bumbalough, and the nurses. My only complaint is the office staff. The ladies offer very little help in regards to keeping me updated on paperwork. When I call asking for information, I am greeted and treated like it is an inconvenience. I understand everyone has a bad day but this has occurred numerous times throughout my pregnancy. I hope this will be addressed and hopefully help create a comfortable environment for pregnant women, babies, etc
He did not tie my right tube off and resulted in an ectopic pregnancy! I had to go through a horrible emotional experience because he did not do his job!!!! I had to have a second surgery to have this corrected!!! Don’t get your tubes tied by this doctor!!!
One word... incredible! He's an all around great doctor. He listens, he helps, he goes beyond just being a doctor when it comes to his patients. I would not go anywhere else for Obstetric care.
