I have used Casa Go for the past 6 years to go to Rocky Point and this year was the last year for me. Their service has gone down so much. I stayed at Bella Sirena and the place was dirty. Sheets were dirty, washer didn’t work and there were no essentials like knives. I had to call after two days to ask for toilet paper and paper towels they have one roll per restroom when I rented a condo for 6 people. SCAMMERS!!! AVOID AT ALL COST. They will charge you $100's for damages you didn't do.

Decent House, False advertising!! Wildlife coming to water fountain but the back yard is fenced in, they can't even get to it. Watch it!! Very picky host's that will set you up to make it look like you damaged everything in the home. More then double charged us for the little damaged that I admitted too and offered to pay for but they had already charged my card without texting,calling or emailing me first . They even blamed us for smoking marijuana not just on the property but in the house and they also say my son urinated ... read more
