“Cancelled our reservation two weeks before arrival — terrible customer service and zero accountability” We booked our stay with Casago (Vacasa) months in advance, only to have them cancel on us just two weeks before our arrival. The explanation they gave was that the property supposedly has occupancy restrictions allowing only one renter in a 30‑day period with a minimum one‑week stay. Everything was easy and great. Awesome place to relax and just be. Loved our stay.
Absolutely love my stay! The place was so cozy and cute. The host were so accommodating and ready to help in any way they could. Great stay, highly recommend.
Amazing stay! Very comfortable home and the pool was amazing! The beds were comfortable and all the amenities were perfect!
