RecommendedI don't live there but I frequent there and as far as I know, whenever I'm over there on Sundays it is very quiet Mondays it is extremely quiet and the Tuesday that I spend my days there are quiet as well. So I would say that it is great Community for older people well I would say from 47 on up it will be very ideal. And it's always clean the laundromat area is always clean as well as the pool area. so I think it will be a comfortable cozy place to live
