We asked Chris for help after 3 months of waiting on a different property management company to find us a tenant with no success. It was only a few weeks in with Chris and he had a contract signed (at a fair market price) with tenants that seem great so far! The whole process has been smooth. And we appreciate a more intimate experience with a smaller property management company.

Chris came highly recommended by our Realtor to help with tenant placement and he was so amazing to work with! He run us through the process as we've never done this before and we were really happy that a lot of the work was taken off our plates. Also very surprised that he found someone in less than 2 weeks! Overall, the process was so smooth, communication was clear and would definitely use his services again in the future.
