Broker set appointment 8am . Sign says 9am , they opened the gate 930. I was 2nd in line, these mfs made me wait all day to unload , I didn't leave there til around 630pm. Missed 2 loads because of this.Poor guys who hand unloaded hoses too. Praying for detention time but it's not likely
Horrible service. Waiting more than 5 hours to start unloading don’t take load to this Company chaos 🤬
Horrible service. No one speaks English nor do they try to communicate through google translate. Not sure how they get customers when their service dept lacks.
