It's a big mistake to assign a sick nail as a first visit impression. O top of that, I don't need reminder to give tips in cash and when service was decent i usually tip well.The nail tech barely trim any cuticles on my manicure .pedicure was mediocre, didnt even scrub and remove calluse. Lazy sloppy work. For the price I paid plus sales tax, not justified at all. Disappointing another nails shop just expect folks to settle for paying more to get less.

I just moved into the area and needed to get my nails done. I saw Casabella as one of the recommended places on the local FB page and decided to check it out. I arrived as soon as they were open and boy, they got busy very quickly, especially being a smaller shop. Although a crowd was coming in, I never felt rushed with my pedicure and she did a great job. I had Anthony as my Nail Artist today and I have to say his customer service and work was phenomenal and top tier. Today I had gotten gel nails with length as an Arizona Tea theme for my nails. He was very friendly and outgoing. What blew me away is how well he can mimic a photo off of Pinterest and provide you with the same exact results. I wish him luck on his journey of being an entrepreneur and hope to have him again as my nail artist! Thank you again!
