Unbelievable treatment of Facebook member asking about giveaway rules. Insulting anyone chiming in, and making assumptions that the public is unemployed or lazy because they are on Facebook, which is ironic, because that's what the business owner is on, and bragging about the number of her followers, which is highly questionable. Don't waste your time. They sell mostly damaged junk and you'd have better luck getting better quality at Big Lots.

I witnessed a customer service rep from this company verbally assault someone on FB for asking a simple question. She went as far as to call this person a little troll, mentally ill, and a bi%$h . The customer with the question was polite and it was a simple inquiry. I was disgusted to see the lack of professionalism and rudeness showed toward this person . Especially in a public posting. She even went onto the person's personal page and continued to badger and belittle her. Sick and sad.
We waited for over 3 months for everything to arrive. No California dock workers strike so I'm not sure why it took so long. I had different people at the business tell me what products and services we paid for and their stories were not the same. Like someone else said before "if I could give zero stars I would".
My favorite place to shop. They have a great selection for any budget. I love working with Alisa. If you love decorating your home. This is the place to go!
If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a painting and didn't notice the damage until I got home. The refused to take back the picture, give me another picture, repair the picture or give me a discount.
