We built a new home 3 years ago and when it was time to pick out our flooring the sales rep asked what kind of traffic we have. We told them, a large dog and a toddler. So we picked a lifetime warranty floor for the home and spent the extra money on a Casabella engineered hardwood. The first year the builder was here 2 times to fix the floor from chipping and separating. After the 1 year warranty, it has continued to separate everywhere and chipped horribly. Delivery semi just rode my bumper the whole time. There was plenty of space and this was beyond ridiculous. License plate # was 2670192

Originally another company installed our flooring. They did a horrible job and would not stand behind their work. Hector and crew helped us out. They removed and reinstalled our flooring. Hector's crew was very clean and professional. I highly recommend Casabella flooring.

From beginning to end, they were amazing to work with. In the midst of moving their business, they completed my remodel. I love my flooring.
