I put one star because I had to put it if it was up to me,I put zero stars. Yes, this place is beautiful, and that's how they get you with how beautiful it is.But ,they do not care for you like the pamphlet says!! My family member was there, my family member got no physical therapy which he needed badly.He didn't get no activities like it shows on the pamphlet. Regular assessment NO!! Dulce went above and beyond to put together a tailored living situation for my dad. She has such a huge heart that is definitely aimed in the right place. She wants to help and have all of her clients cared for exactly how they want and need to be cared for. Her little gem of a house in Fallbrook is absolutely beautiful, quiet, calm and just a serene setting. I would highly recommend her and her place. Casa Zagara is a beautiful place to consider for your loved one who needs senior care. The views from each room are lovely, and the staff is caring and engaging. The owner has designed the home with safety and comfort in mind.
Making the decision to place a family member in a facility or home can be challenging and emotional. I cared for my aunt with dementia and made the difficult decision to place her in a larger facility in Temecula - which was a mistake. I moved my husband to CZ in March. 3rd time (move) was the Charm! It's a beautiful setting in and outside. The staff are very loving, attentive, caring, professional and kind. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend CZ.
